After a long period languishing on the sidelines of the Open Source super highway diald is back on track - complete with go fast stripes, fluffy dice and Carlos Fandango Super Wide Wheels!
Seriously though, diald has a new maintainer - namely me, Mike Jagdis - Eric having moved on to new challenges (and better Internet access).
The new diald has many changes over Eric's last, 0.16.5, release - too many to list here. Although much has already been done diald remains in active development and many more things are planned for it: multi-protocol support (e.g. IPv6), multi-interface support (e.g. bundling, equal cost routing etc.), multi-link support (e.g. an ethernet interface driving an ISDN router), flexible cost analysis/budget control. Suggestions are welcome!
